Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or using any services provided by Detailing Dr. LLC ("Detailing Dr.," "we," "us"). By booking an appointment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Services

Detailing Dr. LLC provides mobile auto detailing services including exterior wash, interior detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating application, and related add-on services. All services are performed at the location you specify at the time of booking. Final service scope and pricing are confirmed prior to any work beginning.

2. Booking & Deposits

• A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment slot.
• The remaining balance is due upon completion of services.
• Deposits are fully refundable for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the deposit.
• Detailing Dr. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather at no penalty to the client.

3. Vehicle Access & Condition Disclosure

Clients are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, modifications, or special conditions of the vehicle prior to service. Detailing Dr. will conduct a pre-service walk-around and will not be held responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at the time of service.

4. Liability Limitations

• Detailing Dr. LLC carries general liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available upon request.
• We take every precaution with your vehicle; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, paint defects, or conditions that become apparent during the detailing process.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
• Detailing Dr. is not responsible for items left in the vehicle during service.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every reasonable effort to correct any issues at no additional charge.

6. Ceramic Coating Warranty

Ceramic coating services come with a written 2-year warranty covering coating failure under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, improper washing techniques, or failure to complete recommended annual maintenance services.

7. Payment

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay, processed through Square. Returned payments or chargebacks may result in additional fees and suspension of future service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on detailingdrpro.com, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Detailing Dr. LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Essex County, Massachusetts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
