Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: January 1, 2026
Detailing Dr. LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Our Commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive impairments.
Measures We've Taken
- Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy for screen reader navigation.
- ARIA landmark roles and labels on all major page sections.
- All images include descriptive
alttext. - Interactive elements (buttons, links, form inputs) are keyboard-accessible and include visible focus indicators.
- Color contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA minimums for body text and interactive elements.
- Form fields are associated with descriptive labels.
- Modal dialogs trap focus and return focus to the triggering element on close.
- The site is usable without a mouse using keyboard navigation alone.
- Text is scalable and the layout reflows for mobile and zoomed viewports.
Known Limitations
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas are still being improved:
- Our online booking form is part of this website and follows the same accessibility standards described above. Payment processing is handled by Square, a third-party provider whose checkout may have its own accessibility considerations; customers who encounter barriers there can contact Square support or reach us directly and we'll assist.
- Gallery images are real photos of vehicles we have detailed and include descriptive alt text.
Feedback & Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you experience any barriers or would like to request information in an alternative format, please contact us:
- Email: pmcmanus@detailingdrpro.com
- We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
Alternative Access
If you are unable to access any content or use any feature of our website due to a disability, please contact us by email and we will provide the information in an accessible alternative format or assist you with booking your service directly.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant enforcement authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice enforces the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to websites.
